• What is our return policy?

Our Return policy is super easy, you only need to email us at info@amokstore.com and let us know your inquiry. 

We accept returns of full priced items in original packaging and condition. To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and with tags and liners attached for either a refund or a one-time exchange. 

All return requests must be made within 7 days after date of delivery.

• What is our refund policy?

Once your return is received and approved for a refund, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Unfortunately, we do not refund back shipping, taxes, or duties and we do not cover the return postage fees. We only refund the original price of the item purchased.

• What is our exchange policy?

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at customerservice@amokstore.com and we will send help you with the process. 

 

All return shipping costs must be covered by our customers.
